In this business scenario HWA works in synergy with Axway SecureTransport and other plugins already available on the Automation Hub.

Basically, we want customers like for example a Financial Service to be able to orchestrate their entire and complex process using Workload Automation with different plugins to retrieve and transfer data, collect, and analyze data, organize data, and send reports.

So, in this scenario, we imagine a Financial Services Company that need to send reports to its customers to help them to know the precise volume of their daily transactions.

This scenario starts with the Financial Services Company that:

  1. Gather data from external network like external partners
  2. Then, these data, using the Axway plugin, are transferred in a secure way from the external to an internal network
  3. Here, the data that can be stored on Premise or on Cloud, are analyzed and used to understand the volume and type of transactions
  4. Then again, using Axway plugin, these data are organized for example in specific folders
  5. And at the end, the data are sent to customers as a report to help them to know the precise volume of their daily transactions.

  1. The User opening a new claim through the Hospital
  2. The hospital contacts the Health Insurance sending them all the user information
  3. The Health Insurance using Axway retrieve and transfer data in a secure way on Premise since this data is sensitive
  4. Here, the data are analyzed and processed
  5. Then again, using Axway plugin, these data are organized for example in specific folders
  6. And at the end:
    • the Hospital receive the claim status
    • the User is notified via email
    • and the Bank is also notified to refund the User
