You have a campaign that has an end goal attached to it, be it increased sales or even increased outreach, and that’s where you would need to set them. Reporting in Unica Journey
We will learn about viewing and analyzing the results in this last part of the series. You can check the changing data under Summary for the journey you have created and further optimize it based on what is working and what isn’t. In the replay below, Kelly Powers explains the reporting in detail.
