HCL Commerce helps clients deliver engaging customer experiences across the customer journey that go ‘beyond the transaction.’ The HCL Commerce Fall Release 2020 makes it faster and easier than ever to deploy innovative digital experiences, helping clients respond to the accelerating pace of digital transformation.

To help marketers and merchandisers understand what is happening in their business, HCL Commerce has added new capabilities designed to capture and analyze behavioral data, which help clients sell more products and services.

The latest release also has cloud-native portability, which give our IT and DevOps clients the option to choose where and how they deploy, including public, private, hybrid or on-premise. It also provides significant updates and benefits for all HCL Commerce customers including:

  • New CMS and DAM Delivers More Control, More Power – Business users from marketing and merchandising professionals can manage the customer experience easily and collaborate on content across online offers and promotions for a consistent and compelling customer experience.
  • HCL Unica Discover Integration – Detect and address user struggles in real time. Clients can now use the behavioral insights of HCL Unica Discover to proactively retarget customers who left items in their shopping carts and did not complete the purchase.
  • Google Analytics Integration with Management Center – By embedding Google Analytics/360 with pre-defined dashboards into Management Center, users can now visualize the health of their digital business in one place.
  • Simplify Deployment of Commerce Websites – Without IT, business users can now quickly spin up a new site to test brand experiences or try out the latest innovation from HCL. DevOps now has the power to deploy to the Google Cloud Platform in a single click and enable new live commerce sites in minutes. For clients who do not use Google, HCL Commerce offers complete portability across any public, private or hybrid cloud service.

With this release, business users now have more control and power to deliver compelling experiences that customers expect. By embedding a new Content Management System (CMS) and Digital Asset Manager (DAM) into the business user tooling, HCL Commerce dramatically improves productivity and makes the business more agile.
