The Self Service Application provides users of BigFix-managed devices with tools for managing offers of software and other BigFix actions. With this application users can go to the BigFix offer catalog and install applications, scripts, fixes, patches, in-place upgrades, or even self-heal a broken application — saving both users and IT staff time.
The BigFix Self-Service Application can be customized to do much more. For example, a custom dashboard can be created that displays helpful information to the end-user such as computer name, IP address, and location by adding add custom relevance.
