Melissa founded the Lion’Esque Group in 2009. She is a regular contributor to ABC LA radio with her segment #RetailWithMelissa as well as a go-to retail expert on Cheddar TV. In 2018 she was named one of Design: Retail’s Top 10 Retail Design Influencers of the Year. Melissa is focused on helping retailers create unforgettable customers experiences that build loyalty and leverage digital and physical strategies.
