I have been in customer facing roles my entire career. I started at a service provider in Technical Support, as a Micro to Mainframe Level 2 engineer. I then moved into IBM Tivoli L2 Support and following that, supporting AVP the last 9 years. Since my time in AVP I have pivoted into Business Development as well as continuing to support BigFix customers. I am enjoying this hybrid role as I learn more about sales, contracts and scoping. I want to continue to work with customers and sales and services teams to come up with the best solutions to meet our customers’ needs. I spend the fall traveling to watch my two sons play college football and camping in my fifth wheel.
