Aybuke is the Client Advocacy Manager for Unica. She has taken part in the implementation of projects as Solution Leader and/or Project Manager to support the team in building and managing relations with the client, stakeholders and business partners and always worked towards nurturing these relationships. Besides her role, she has taken on many different tasks within HCL such as improving new implementation methodology for the Services team, providing feedback towards product enhancements, supporting HCL Marketing team in technology improvements.
One of the most common questions we hear from Unica users is which version to upgrade to. The general concern is adaptability, as well as the stability of the latest software version.
