HCL AppScan V10.0.6 is re-imagining what it means to provide application security in every phase of the development lifecycle. From empowering developers with an expansive supporting language portfolio and coverage in several IDEs platforms for our SAST offering to providing an enhanced user experience in our AppScan Standard Technology Preview Code, HCL AppScan V10.0.6 covers a lot of ground. This release also delivers new security updates, reporting options, and a new summary section for regulatory compliance reports.

What’s new in HCL AppScan Enterprise V10.0.6
V10.0.6 enhancements for AppScan Enterprise include the following:
- Improved Common Access Card (CAC) Authentication using client certificates with Subject Alternative Name (SAN) attribute is now supported.
- Regulatory Compliance Reports now offer new summary section designed to help with compliance and auditing needs.
- Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) Single Sign-On with Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) is now supported.
- Jobs search API is now accessible by non-administrator users as well.

- Fix Groups in Visual Studio

A new AppScan experience is on the way! We’ve prepared a Technology Preview Code version of the new AppScan Standard with a greatly improved user experience and the same powerful DAST scanning engine. - Reports (XML, PDF, HTML and Word) now include the same general content and structure as the user interface.
